Battery Operated Flashing Skull Ring

Description

This white plastic skull ring has red, blue and green flashing LED lights inside that blink very fast. Just push the button to start and stop the flashing. Batteries are already inside the ring. The part that goes around the finger is open at the bottom to accommodate different size fingers.
