Cowgirl – Rodeo Queen

This Rodeo Queen Cowgirl costume includes a top and skirt. Both pieces are black with white fringe and silver sequin trim. The blouse uses a Velcro like product instead of buttons or zippers. The skirt has elastic in the back.
