Metallic Powder w/Mixing Liquid

Description

Mehron’s metallic powder will result in the look of “molten metal”. These powders are ultra fine and very easy to use dry or when mixed with Mehron’s Mixing Liquid. Apply as a loose powder using a makeup brush. Use mixing liquid to form a water “resistant” metallic finish that dries completely. Remove with soap and water.
