Flapper Headband. Beautiful long black ostrich feather is adorned with plastic jewels. The headband is shiny metallic elastic thread and has about 3″ of black 1″ wide elastic in the back. choose Black/Gold or Black/Silver.
This Flapper Headband is made with a black Ostrich feather approximately 9-12″ long that is embellished with 5 rhinestones along the feather stem, and is finished with a black lace medallion florette that can be adjusted to wear either right, left or center around the head.
